Clinical Finance Manager

Katie joined Boston University in July of 2015 as a Patient Coordinator. Prior to joining the Dental Health Center she worked for over the past 10 years in multi-specialty offices as a Treatment Coordinator, as well as Dental Assistant. Her experience allows her to have a great deal of knowledge to attribute to her current role as Finance Assistant. In her role she assists in the overall insurance processes, claim submissions, as well as overseeing and managing patient accounts. Katie has a great deal of customer service and looks forward to helping with patient’s needs and concerns.

I always feel like he did the best job possible. I never feel like he is rushing or working in a half hearted distracted way.
